Key Responsibilities:

• Drive tractor-trailers responsibly to protect the well-being of everyone on the roads.
• Consistently examining vehicles before and after trips is key to ensuring they operate at their best.
• Strategize optimal pathways to guarantee punctual arrival at designated drop-off points.
• Comply with industry-recommended procedures for securing cargo to reduce risks and maintain the safety of operations.
• Keep communication channels open with all parties involved to ensure precise and prompt deliveries.
• Track work hours and vehicle maintenance with accuracy to sustain high levels of productivity.
• Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to the regulations set by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Promptly notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle-related issues, incidents, or infractions to uphold safety and compliance principles.

Qualifications:

• Having a current Class A driver’s license for commercial driving.
• Clean driving record.
• Meet the standards set by the DOT for a physical exam and drug screening.
• Comprehensive understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines and safety protocols.
• Demonstrating mastery in time allocation and organizational strategies.
• Proficient in the transportation of bulky industrial machinery and equipment.
• Top-notch communication skills and a strong emphasis on customer service.
• A strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations, ensuring that vehicle problems or accidents are reported promptly.
